FAQ

Quick answers: submissions, downloads, names, and whether teachers pay.

Student says they submitted, but Inbox is empty?

Confirm they tapped “Submit to teacher” and the share finished; open this assignment’s Inbox and refresh; check whether the display name was mistyped.

Why download the app?

Download is free. Completing this homework does not require membership. Students can also open via the landing page or practice on the web.

How do I tell if they rushed?

Check accuracy, duration, and question count; open the report for Verified status and whether settings match what you assigned.

Do I need to pay?

No — assigning and viewing reports are free for teachers.

They submitted several times?

For the same display name, default to the row marked Latest; open older rows if you need history.

Web or App?

Prefer the browser teacher site to assign. The app works with the same account. Students can finish in the app or on the web.
